The apartment is painted, cleaned, and carpet cleaned or replaced.

Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance.

Call the office at 414-761-8869 or the 24/7 standby phone at 414-788-9483 for all emergencies.

Maintenance staff is typically on site for service between 8am and 4:30PM. Weekends and after hours service can be completed by calling the standby phone.

Call the Standby maintenance phone or the office if during normal business hours.

Yes, you may but any holes larger than a quarter are subject to charges.

We have opening lot parking on a first come, first serve basis. Additionally we offer carports for an additional $30 a month.

There is a one-time pet fee and pet rent per month.

Dog or cat can't exceed 75 lbs. or 2 animals can't exceed 100lbs. Contact the office for restricted breed information.

Yes, our shortest lease term is 6 months.

Yes, we offer corporate housing through VIA by Edward Rose. Please contact your Leasing Office for more information.

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.

There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building where applicable.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins.

Management is always a phone call away if not in the office.

You can apply on our website or at the Leasing Office with an iPad provided.

We are usually able to get results back within a day, however, sometimes the process can take longer depending on the situation.

Prorated rent plus any internet, basic cable, modems. Either a $500 or $700 deposit.

Our Leasing Consultants are happy to provide any information for first-time renters.

Online payment, using WIPS (Walk-In Payment System), or checks/cashiers checks can be mailed.

Log into Resident Services and click the make payment button. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.

There are additional fees for Internet service, Dish Network, and carports.

Call WE-Energies and they will transfer the bill into your name giving you an account number.

You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.

No, all of our rates are pre-determined and non-negotiable.

We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
