Grounds are well kept. Staff is great. Love washer and dryer in apt. Heat paid. Special shout out to Nick who was shoveling another entry steps and came over to shovel ours when he saw us. Highly impressed with the Oak Shores complex! Had such a lovely interaction with them hearing about the units, ammenities, and community. Felt at peace and home immediately! Dee did such a fantastic job answering questions...Very impressed with their office as a whole! Taylor was so kind and welcoming. Ingrid was able to help with some issues I had applying online. The Maintenance and Staff at Oak Shores is fabulous! They are constantly making improvements to the property and if one has a repair issue, it is done QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY the FIRST time! I love my stay here, and I have been here 3 years. I would highly recommend this Apartment Complex to everyone, especially if you’ve had a bad experience with other places before! The scenery is beautiful with the ponds and trees. The property is very well maintained. Maintenance are prompt and efficient. I look at some of the new properties nearbuy and the apartments are right on each other. The property here is spacious. I feel safe here. - Jody

What a gorgeous community! Landscape is well maintained. Pond view from each apartment allows for bird watching and feelings of utter relaxation. Definitely a place to check out. You won’t regret it. - Amanda
